In our DVRZJ community, we strive to provide each guest with a completely unique enjoyment of drinking the best coffee in town and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee. Selected Java beans, a team of great experts in coffee preparation, as well as the best equipment, together present an ideal cup that is the best ambassador of our brand.
BLEND 007 is our standard selection and is characterized by a blend of two types of Arabica, medium roast.
Pronounced creamy texture and persistent aroma of milk chocolate and cherry cake.
The second is CUBA SERANO, which is a single origin coffee, medium roast, silky texture and full body. Cuban coffee with floral and spicy notes with hints of tobacco aroma. Perfect for the morning in the form of espresso, as well as for later in the afternoon in combination with milk cream.

OUR HOUSE WINE
In cooperation with the Aleksić winery, we have personalized our two selections from their house, which go well with the food and desserts we have on offer, but are also an excellent choice for independent consumption.
White wine SYNERGIJA, intense, golden color and crystal clear. It moves slowly in the glass showing extractiveness and fullness. Primarily fruity aromas, for a ripe golden delicacy sprinkled with fresh vanilla. They are followed by aromas of fresh brioche and butter, giving the impression of a creamy texture to the wine. In the background, a hint of minerality and earth gives the inevitable stamp of the climate. The exceptional maturity and persistence of the wine inevitably follows every sip and lasts a long time in the glass. On the palate, a good combination of character of the variety and Serbian oak, softened by a buttery texture. The wine is strong and full with exceptional juiciness in the finish, all wrapped up with delicate vanilla and spices. It goes best with Dalmatian prosciutto, white meat, perch, fried squid, roasted pork, pork fillet, slightly smoked cheeses, slightly smoked fish and meat.
AMANET wine, 100% Vranac, strong red wine, subtle aromatics, but full and juicy body with notes of dark fruits (blackberries, currants), sweet spices and smoke. A wine that requires food. It goes very well with stronger red meats, aged cheeses and desserts based on dark chocolate.

Pivara Kabinet je od svog osnivanja, pa do danas, na tržište plasirala veliki broj pivskih stilova i podstilova, ali ovo su tri piva koja su ono najbolje od njih, te piva koja su jasna asocijacija na ovu izuzetnu zanatsku pivaru. Vodjeni najboljim odabirom za sve vrste pića koja imamo u ponudi, odabrali smo ovaj fantastičan trio kao najbolju definiciju i pravac srpske kraft scene koju zelimo da vam ponudimo.
PLAVO je svetli ejl, tamno – zlatne boje, koji se deklariše i kao belgijski pejl ejl, odnosno spada u podstil Pale ale, poznatiji kao Belgian pale ale. Ovo je pivo srednje – jakog tela, a karakterišu ga primamljive note, odnosno arome dobijene od belgijskih kvasaca, selekcije svetlog slada, interesantnog miksa hmelja, ali i dodatih jabuka.
SUPERNOVA je vrlo karakteristična IPA, bakarno – narandžaste boje, te pivo koje je jedno od najprepoznatljivijih piva pivare Kabinet. SupeNova je fino – gazirano pivu, koje poseduje primamljive, ali i prepoznatljive arome breskve i vanile, uz blage note hmeljne gorčine.
BRKA je klasičan American pale ale i ovo pivo je prvo pivo pivare Kabinet, ali i prva APA na srpskom tržištu. Brka već pri samom otvaranju oslobađa miris limuna i pomorandže, dok na ukusupreovlađuju lagane citrusne note, oplemenjene slatkastim aromama, dok se u završnici oseti blaga gorčina, koja ovom pivu daje prepoznatljiv šmek.

Unlike other restaurant that may have a set menu for their potage, Diverzija likes to keep things interesting by making their potage a surprise every day.
